History
Western Heritage Services Inc. was founded in 1990 to serve the growing need for specialized heritage services. The origins of Western Heritage can be traced back to our employment with the Saskatchewan Research Council – a collaborative environment surrounded by a wide range of scientific disciplines. In 1999, we established our St. Albert office to better serve clients in that province – particularly those companies developing resources in forestry and oil and gas. We have a successful track record of helping companies maintain compliance with the appropriate historical resource legislation in an affordable and efficient manner. In 2010, we acquired and amalgamated Quaternary Consultants in Winnipeg and this became our Winnipeg office. At that time, we consolidated the entire range of services under one name – Western Heritage.
Vision
To be the premier provider of heritage management services.
Western Heritage looks at heritage in the broadest sense, encompassing both historical cultural and natural heritage.
